My Journey

For more than 15 years, I have been working at the intersection of technology, youth development, entrepreneurship, storytelling, and social impact.

As the Co-Founder & CEO of Youth Upskill Network (YUNet), I have collaborated with educational institutions, industry leaders, development organizations, and youth communities to equip the next generation with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Through YUNet, I have helped build platforms that inspire leadership, employability, innovation, and entrepreneurship across Bangladesh and beyond.

Professionally, I serve as the Head of Managed Services at MIAKI, where I lead large-scale digital initiatives and innovation-driven projects in partnership with leading telecom and technology stakeholders. My career spans product management, digital services, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, and business growth.

Beyond my corporate role, I am an international trainer, speaker, and community leader. I have served in leadership positions within JCI, Rotary International, startup ecosystems, and youth-focused organizations, contributing to programs that empower young people, strengthen communities, and create sustainable impact.

I am also an author and independent filmmaker with a deep passion for cinema, communication, and human stories. Through my books, articles, public speaking engagements, and films, I strive to bridge technology, creativity, and social transformation, turning ideas into meaningful impact.
